Shipping Policy Nonstop Honey
At Nonstop Honey, we make sure your order is processed and shipped with care. Below you’ll find all details about shipping, delivery times, and exceptions.
1. Processing Time
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Standard processing time is 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods, product launches, or unexpected demand (such as exclusive drops), processing may take up to 7 business days. This will always be clearly communicated on the product page or in your confirmation email.
🔥 Note: During exclusive drops or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer. Your order will always be carefully packed and shipped, and you’ll receive a Track & Trace code once it’s on its way.
2. Delivery Times
After your order has been processed, the following average delivery times apply:

United States & Canada: 7 – 15 business days

Rest of World: 10 – 20 business days (depending on location and customs)
Delivery times are indicative. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as couriers or customs authorities.
3. Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your Track & Trace code so you can follow your package.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout. Free shipping promotions or thresholds (above a certain order amount) will always be clearly indicated on the website.
5. Delays or Lost Packages
If your package has been in transit for longer than 20 days without a clear status via Track & Trace, please contact our customer service. We will investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
6. Incorrect Address / Wrong Details
Always double-check your address details before completing your order.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible. Any costs for reshipping are at the customer’s expense.
7. Unclaimed / Refused Packages
If your package is not collected at a pickup point or is refused and returned to us, you are entitled to reshipment (shipping costs at customer’s expense) or a refund excluding shipping costs.
8. Damaged or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please report this within 48 hours of receipt via email, including clear photos of the package and its contents. Together we’ll find a suitable solution.
9. Pre-orders & Drops
For special drops or pre-orders, shipping may start on a specific date. This will always be clearly communicated in advance. By placing an order, you agree to these adjusted shipping timelines.
