Return Policy  Nonstop Honey

At Nonstop Honey, we keep it clear, fair, and protected – for you and for us. Below you’ll find exactly how our return policy works:


1. Order Cancellation

An order cannot be canceled once a Track & Trace code has been generated. From that moment, your order is in process and shipping/handling costs are incurred.


2. General Return Conditions

Under EU withdrawal rights, you have 14 days after delivery to register your order for return. Due to hygiene regulations for supplements, strict conditions apply:

  • Packaging must not be opened – the seal must remain fully intact.

  • The product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

  • The return request must be reported in advance by email or via the contact form.

⚠️ Used, opened, or damaged products cannot be returned.


3. 15-Pack Test Package – Special Return Policy

When purchasing the special test package (15 pieces), we offer the option to return it in exchange for store credit, provided that:

  • All 15 pieces are unopened, sealed, and in undamaged condition.

  • The return is registered within 14 days of delivery via our customer service.

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

If these conditions are met, you will receive the full purchase amount of the test package back in the form of store credit, which can be used for a future purchase. Refunds in money are not provided.


4. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We believe in our product – that’s why we offer an optional 60-day “Not Satisfied, Money Back” guarantee.
Please note: this guarantee is not the same as the legal withdrawal right and applies under the following conditions:

  • You must have used the product consistently for at least 30 days (minimum 10 servings).

  • You must complete a short feedback form with your experience.

  • The guarantee applies only to your first order (1 test package per customer).

  • Shipping costs and discounts are non-refundable.

  • Approved refunds are issued as store credit, not cash.

This guarantee is intended for customers who truly experience no effect – not for a “try & return” model. We reserve the right to refuse claims in cases of misuse or incomplete information.


5. Incorrect or Damaged Delivery

Was your order delivered incorrectly or damaged? Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt. We will, of course, resolve this properly.


6. Important Exceptions

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned.

  • Promotions, bundles, or sample deals (outside the test package) are excluded from any return rights.

  • Returns that do not meet our conditions will not be processed or refunded.


How to Request a Return

Send an email to info@nonstophoney.com with the subject line:
“Return Request – [order number]”
or use our contact form.

Include in your message: your name, order number, which product you want to return, and the reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive confirmation and can send the product back to our return address:
